Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing Time


All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.


After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number and tracking link with which you can follow your package. 



2. Shipping Address Changes


If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at support@ezotek.com and include your name, order number and your new shipping address. As our fulfillment system is automated, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor your shipping address change request, so please contact us as quickly as possible after completing the order.


 

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times


We offer free shipping globally. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination country. See below for estimates:


USA/CA: 7-15 days

UK: 4-6 days

EU: 7-15 days

AU/NZ: 5-10 days


Please be aware that delivery times can become longer if your order is placed during busier periods such as national/international holidays.



4. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit


If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us at support@ezotek.com. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.


If your package has indeed gone missing, we will immediately send you a new order free of charge.


If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will immediately send a replacement free of charge.

 


5. Returns and Refunds


5.1 Returns


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date (according to the tracking information), we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, although we may do so under our discretion.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To start your return, please email us at support@ezotek.com. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.


5.2 Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether we will process your refund depending on the state of the returned item.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.


5.3 Exchanges


If the item you received does not fit you, and you believe that a different size will, just send us an email and we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to return your original item. Once we receive your original item, we’ll send you the new desired size free of charge.
